Hobart properties available for below $400,000: CoreLogic

A property in Hobart's suburbs can be purchased in the $300,000 median unit range, according to a recent CoreLogic report.

The property data firm says that the average price of a house in Hobart is $381,200, while for units it is $302,000.

A three bedroom house at 2/9 Gormley Drive, Kingston (above) has been listed for between $350,000 to $370,000.

Similarly a three bedroom house at 2 Apollo Road, Rosetta (below) has been listed for between $365,000 to $395,000.

A two bedroom unit at 1/25 Cross Street, New Town (below) was sold March this year for $302,000.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 1/386 Huon Road, South Hobart (below) was sold March this year for $311,500.
