Sydney's Collaroy leads top five NSW suburbs for house rent increase: CoreLogic RP Data

Sydney's northern beaches suburb of Collaroy had the greatest increase in house rents across the year, up 31.6% according to CoreLogic RP Data's September Monthly Rental Report.

The report found over the year Sydney rents increased 1.9%, with Collaroy a median rental price now of $1,250. ROSE BAY has a median rental price of $1,750 - a 25% year-on-year change.

The median price for a home in Collaroy is $1,800,000, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
