Sydney discounting at lowest level for years: APM heat chart

August property market offerings had a marked trend to less discounting before being sold by vendors.

The latest APM heat chart showed only Canberra and Perth went against the trend of lower discount required for the private treaty markets in the survey.

Sydney property showed the key indicator of the required discount for private treaty vendors at down to 4.6%, the lowest level for several years.
