Executive car industry identity Lynton Rose secured $3 million plus for his full-floor apartment Surfers Paradise apartment.

The owner of Motorline BMW and Bruce Lynton BMW sold through Tolemy Stevens of Harcourt Coastal.

Set in the Surfers Manhattan the apartment in the residents-only beachfront building fetched $3.05 million.

Rose still owns a apartment in the same building which comes with 360-degree views which take in the ocean, river, hinterland and Gold Coast skyline.

Rose has held the apartment since 1993.
