Selling Houses Australia films in Brisbane this weekend at a home in the south west suburb of Jamboree Heights.

The home is scheduled for a transformation by Shaynna Blaze, Andrew Winter and Charlie Albone on the Lifestyle Channel show now in its 11th season.

The listing agent Helen Saba of More Estate Agents confirmed to the Courier Mail that the before shots and comments would be filmed this Saturday at the open home.

“Many are looking at older homes to renovate and make it a comfortable investment to live in,” she said.

With growth of 33.% in the past five years, interest in Jamboree Heights was heating up, she said.

The house kicked off the year with a $560,000 plus asking price.

The home at 28 Troop Street, Jamboree Heights last sold in 2016 at $530,000.
