Lifestyle’s local production, Selling Houses Australia returns for season 11 tonight on (Wednesday, March 7 at 8.30pm AEDT), on Foxtel.

Host Andrew Winter is once again joined by interior designer Shaynna Blaze and landscape designer Charlie Albone, as they perform their 13 makeovers in a bid to secure a much-needed sale for desperate vendors.

The offerings include a derelict old church in scrubby bushland off the beaten track north of Adelaide.

There is a cyclone-ravaged beach shack struggling in a flooded market near Mackay.

A cluttered character cottage, complete with its own pub has been listed in a tough market

Starting his career in a real estate agency at the age of 17, Andrew was selling real estate across three decades.

Andrew and his family moved to Australia in 2005 where he went on to establish a boutique real estate agency with his wife.

In 2008 the agency was sold to allow for more time for the family and to allow him to focus on his media career.

2016 and 2017 have seen Andrew expand his property interests to include direct involvement in the development of a small scale innovative terrace housing scheme in Brisbane.

He is looking forward to a second scheme launching in Ipswich.

Last year Andrew and wife Caroline paid $1.7 million for a Hope Island home.

Spoiler alert, the first episode features a South Australian church conversion.
