Rose Bay trophy home sold for $6 million under the hammer

Offered for the first time in 22 years, a four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in Rose Bay has been sold.

It sold under the hammer for $6 million through Badger Fox real estate agents Peter Leipnik and Alexander George. 

The 20 Beresford Road property is a two-storey home comprised of four double bedrooms including a master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite.
