An architectural residence with front-row views over Main River in Surfers Paradise remains stuck on the market with an asking price of $5.25 million.

It has been offered by Nick Cole from Cole Residential and has remained on market for over 2 years.

The home was also listed at just short of $6 million for half a year before this new listing started in 2016.

Set on a 675 sqm allotment, the two storey house at 32 Admiralty Drive, Surfers Paradise contains six king size bedrooms and four bathrooms.

As well as open plan living, a gourmet kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and four car garaging.

Additional features include home office, gymnasium, media room, multi purpose lounge, and an inviting riverfront pool with sun terrace.

The home has been equipped with 22,000 litre water tank and 10 kilowatt solar system.

The residence was valued in June this year for $2.1 million and was last sold for $1.075 million in 2000.

It is within close proximity to schools, light rail, and the beach.
