A Mooloolaba riverfront home with water views has been sold for $5.13 million. 

The five bedroom, four bathroom house is situated at 41 Carwoola Crescent

Loren Wimhurst and Richard Scrivener of Next Property Group Maroochydore sold the architectural home.

Set on an 807sqm block, the home features two separate living zones, master suite with riverfront balcony access, gourmet kitchen and covered alfresco area. 

Other highlights include private 21m pontoon, in-ground pool, private boat ramp and 7 vehicle garage. 

The home is within close proximity to beaches, restaurants and Mooloolaba Esplanade. 

It was last sold for $2.2 million in 2004.
