Luke Mullins, who has been living on Lake Macquarie since his heydays on the Young Rich List, is off to Adelaide.

His Summerland Point home is being marketed for April 14 auction as "without doubt one of Lake Macquarie’s most significant waterfront holdings" by The Property Market listing agents Tyson Nicholson and Gavin Schwebel.

The three hectare private waterfront enjoy 180 metres of sandy shores.

The five bedroom house comes with resort-style pool.

There is also a guest house and a massive five-bay shed perfect for a home business, and to store all the toys. The grounds even come with a motor cross track.

The founder of Gemteq executive recruitment secured his windfall when he sold the company to Rubicor Group in 2008.

After exiting the Rubicor business in 2011, he moved to The Lakehouse at for a tree/sea change.
