Hutchinson Builders are well underway with construction on Hirsch & Faigenermaid Beach development, Yves.

The group is anticipating a mid-2024 completion date, with buyers within the project eagerly awaiting their move in date.

Situated on Mermaid Avenue, Yves enjoys a prime location between the lively Broadbeach and the trendy Miami neighbourhoods, directly opposite Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

The sought-after address provides residents with easy access to the vibrant local scene and a relaxed coastal lifestyle.

Mermaid Esplanade, known for its tranquility and favoured by locals, is just a leisurely stroll away, offering a serene beach experience for residents to enjoy at their leisure.

Yves also offers convenient light rail access, making transportation a breeze for its future residents.

The building itself boasts an array of amenities designed to enhance residents' lifestyles.

Fitness enthusiasts will have access to a state-of-the-art gym, while those seeking relaxation can unwind in the sauna. There's also a barbecue and garden lounge, in addition to the rooftop lounge, providing the perfect place to take in ocean vistas.

Comprising 26 levels and housing a total of 146 apartments, the design of Yves is the work of renowned architecture studio Rothelowman, which in collaboration with Hutchies has ensured that the building's design will be both visually striking and in harmony with its natural surroundings.

The fluid scalloped lines of the building mimic the ebb and flow of the ocean, while the integration of subtropical greenery adds a touch of serenity to the development's overall aesthetic.

Two, three and four-bedroom apartments can still be purchased in Yves, with prices starting from $1 million.
