The display suite at the $250 million Masthead Ocean Club, a project with connections to the Royal family, opened with a bang last week, with every buyer promised a BMW electric car.

Masthead is being developed in partnership by Australian businessman Rory O'Brien and Banda, a world-leading interior design studio and development business founded by Edo Mapelli Mozzi, husband of Princess Beatrice.

The luxury display suite features a full scale all marble kitchen imported from Italy as well as a dynamic and interactive fully detailed apartment walkthrough utilising the latest gaming technology.

"We are thrilled to be officially showcasing the most exclusive residential offering in Australia," O’Brien said.

"Masthead Ocean Club represents a new pinnacle of luxury living on the Gold Coast. We have spared no expense in creating an exclusive haven that combines breath-taking design, impeccable craftsmanship, and world-class amenities.

“Our partnership with Banda brings a unique blend of sophistication and elegance to Masthead. With their expertise in interior design and development, we have curated a living experience that exceeds expectations and redefines luxury.

“We look forward to welcoming our guests and giving them a taste of the luxurious seven star lifestyle that awaits at Masthead Ocean Club."

Once complete, Masthead will comprise an boutique collection of 28 whole floor apartments capturing sweeping, protected views of the Pacific Ocean, Broadwater, and Hinterland.

Melbourne based Mim Design has been engaged to design Masthead’s 20 luxury apartments, whilst Banda will be designing the five sky homes, two sub-penthouses and the one quad-level super penthouse.

Each whole floor apartment will provide 317 sqm of living space, with picturesque views from every room, as well as private direct and secure lift access, double garaging, and state-of-the-art technology.

Masthead will also see the delivery of one of the world’s most elite in-house residents’ only club providing an ultra-luxe comprehensive amenities range, to be known as ‘The Ocean Club’.

With membership only accessible via a Masthead apartment purchase, The Ocean Club will encompass premium in-home facilities including a sophisticated wine and champagne lounge, a whiskey lounge, the Index Cigar lounge, private dining space, coffee bar, a library and business meeting areas.

Residents will have 24/7 access to a health and wellness club where they can rejuvenate in a wet edge pool, spa, steam room and sauna, while fitness enthusiasts can relish in a state-of- the-art world class gym and unwind in yoga and Pilates studios.

Members will also receive additional benefits from luxury brands including Chairman’s Club membership to Levantine Hill Winery in The Yarra Valley, participation in Newgate’s 2023 racing syndicate, which will also include attendance at select race days in Newgate’s own suite at Randwick Racecourse, and a complimentary new BMW electric car.

Setting a new benchmark for luxury living in Main Beach, Masthead Ocean Club residences are priced from $5.9 million.
