It was a little over two years ago when Shayher Group completed their 81-level Brisbane CBD apartment tower, The One Residences.

The tower at 300 George Street, next door to Brisbane Square and behind Brisbane City Hall, is one of three that make up Shayher's $1 billion mixed-use precinct, Brisbane Quarter.

Brisbane Quarter comprises the aforementioned The One Residences, a 40-level commercial tower, and a 5-star W Brisbane Hotel, all set above a thriving retail and dining precinct.

The sprawling 7,892 sqm riverfront site was formerly the site of the Supreme Court of Queensland. It fronts North Quay, George, Adelaide, and Ann streets.

Shayher Group’s Group Director, John Lin, said the precinct sets a new benchmark for luxury construction in Australia and we will look to continue our development efforts in Queensland as it experiences an era of growth.

The $300 million The One Residences home 467 residential units. Two and three-bedroom apartments are still available in the development, which features extensive resident amenity.

At the top of the long amenity list is the exclusive Riverdeck. Surrounded by lush greenery and with an alfresco-inspired yoga area and a 15-metre swimming pool, the oasis offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Outdoor amenity was also considered, with The One benefitting from outdoor barbecue facilities, as well as a children's playground and a pool terrace.

To truly elevate the luxury living experience, The One also boasts a well-appointed sky-high Quarterdeck. The centrepiece of the area is a 12-metre heated swimming pool, along with a state-of-the-art gym and private dining areas.

The residents' lounge offers another quiet breakout space within the tower, complimented by an adjacent reading space. Further relaxation space can be found within The One at the spa, complete with rejuvenation-inspired day beds.

Two and three-bedroom apartments are still available in the development.
