The Allere Collection in Sekisui House Australia's multi-award winning West End development, West Village was Urban's most popular project across the first quarter of 2023.

Comprising two vertical communities, Uno and Duo, the 203-apartment The Allere Collection was released to the market off the back of the group's previous sold out building in the precinct, Altura.

Fronting Mollison Street, the apartments have been designed by renowned architect Rothelowman, with Uno comprising 94 residences and two levels of commercial space, and Duo, set above the West Village retail precinct, homing 109 apartments to a design which Rothelowman describe as "a bold and classic take on the quintessential Queenslander."

The Allere Collection is now over 75 per cent sold, and is one of the last opportunities to buy in West Village, which has formed the new focal point of the West End precinct in South Brisbane.

The configurations and design of The Allere Collection lends itself to the family buyer, either young growing families, or multi-generational families. Empty nesters and grandparents are also finding the residences cater for what they require, given the extensive family friendly precinct and amenity on their doorstep.

Residents within The Allere Collection will have the benefit of enjoying double the amenity, with shared access to both Uno and Duo rooftops.

Crowning the Uno tower will be a pool, enclosed dining space, seating areas, a vegetable garden, conservatory, as well as ‘Paw Pavilion’ - an off leash dog space on the rooftop. Topping Duo will be a pool, heated spa, enclosed lounge room and dining space, along with outdoor barbecue facilities and sun loungers.

Set across 2.6 hectare mixed-use site, West Village includes the restoration of the heritage 1920's Peters Ice Cream Factories in the heart of the development, which have been reimagined and converted into retail space, restaurants, and a health and wellness hub.

West Village, which has been under development since 2016, was recently awarded the internationally renowned 2022 ULI APAC Award for Excellence, with the award adding to the long list the project has amassed over its three short years, racking up more than 40 awards so far.

Sustainability is a key focus at the precinct, with West Village receiving the highest sustainability rating for a master-planned community in Australia, earning World Leadership status with a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating.

Sekisui even released a series of sustainable apartments in The Allere Collection dubbed the Sustainability Series, which included sustainable features such as hardwood or recycled timber benches, select environmentally preferred timber-look flooring, and induction cooktops.

Uno and Duo are slated for completion by late 2024.
