Billed as the best boutique residential complex on the Sunshine Coast, a penthouse in the Tangalooma Residence has been listed for sale at $7.4 million.

The whole floor space boasts over 550 sqm space with house like proportions on River Esplanade.

There are four bedrooms, all with walk-in wardrobes and ensuited bathrooms.

It comes with two master suites, situated at either end of the space.

There are two very separate lounge areas, a family room and home cinema along with a large executive office.

The kitchen comes with butler's kitchen and an internal bar.

The adjacent outdoor kitchen has refrigeration, stainless steel BBQ and wet area.

Facing east over a deep water position on the banks of the Mooloolah River, the apartment is serviced by its private lift from the garage for up to four cars.

All four apartments come with private lift.

Simon Guilfoyle at G1 Property and Tony Rich of Rich & Partners are conducting private appointment over summer but only with eligible purchasers.

Earlier this year there was a $5.4 million sale of the ground floor apartment in Tangalooma.

It included a private marina berth, waterfront pool, and a five car garage.

With striking architecture, the ground floor space comes with 200 sqm of outdoor entertaining space.

Last year the complex won the HIA Apartment Complex of the Year and Apartment of the Year at the 2019 awards have been completed in late 2018.

Tangalooma was developed by local builder Laz Dzufer, who with his partner Grant Kennedy, is now undertaking another premium apartment project in an absolute waterfront location, Botanica Riverside featuring only 16 apartments over eight levels with each residence 310 sqm in size with initial pricing starting at $2.4 million.

It's website suggests more than 60% of the development has been sold
