Construction continues to advance on Nusa, the Bilinga villa development that sold out before the build even commenced.

Project marketing agency Olindah Property are expecting the project of just six Palm Springs-inspired villas to be settling in November.

Not many can boast an accurate completion date of their projects on the Gold Coast at the moment, but developer Coastech Projects are there or there abouts, telling Urban nearly a year ago they'll be finished in September.

Designed by Burleigh locals MiDesign Studio, the villas, a stone's throw from the sand, blend coastal aesthetics with contemporary elegance.

The house-sized beach villas range from 242 to 263 sqm, designed with an emphasis on spaciousness and comfort. With a total of three grand bedrooms, and an additional studio/multi-purpose room, Nusa provides ample space for every type of buyer.

Timber floors, Miele appliances, ducted air conditioning, butler's pantry, and luxury stone feature throughout the residences, with buyers given the option to include a personal lift within the villa.

The master suite serve as a haven within the homes, featuring an oversized walk-in robe, dual vanity ensuite, and a Juliette balcony.

The rooftop terraces provide additional living space within the homes, offering views south-east towards Coolangatta, and a kitchenette/bar and servery, with some units even offering the option for private pools.

Residents will also benefit from communal amenities, such as an outdoor shower, pool and pet wash bay, all surrounded by lush landscaping and cascading gardens.

Situated just minutes away from the beach and the bustling neighbourhoods of Tugun and Coolangatta, Bilinga offers a tranquil retreat that remains connected, with residents enjoying easy access to the M1, Brisbane City, Byron Bay, and the Gold Coast Airport.
