The auction of a Skytower, Brisbane City trophy apartment was postponed due to the extension of the Queensland lockdown.

The auction had been scheduled for Saturday but will now be on July 17 through Tom Kralikas at North South Real Estate Brisbane.

The postponement came as Saturday was included in the lockdown.

CoreLogic reported a 27 percent success rate from the 11 Brisbane apartment auction results which were advised.

Nationally there were 530 results across all the capital cities with a 67 percent success rate and a $737,000 median price.

Apartment 6201 Sky Tower was the amalgamation of two units creating a total area of 210 sq m.

There are three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ensuites.

There are four car spaces with the 6201/222 Margaret Street, Brisbane City offering.

The building comes with three gyms and three pools.
