Sherpa's Perspective Nexus Palm Beach apartments approach 50% sold after quickfire sales
Buyers have made a rush at the latest luxury living opportunity to arrive in Palm Beach, with Sherpa Property Group’s Perspective Nexus achieving over $45 million in sales just two weeks after launching to market.
The in-demand project, located on a 1,583 sqm site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway, will rise nine storeys and deliver and exclusive collection of 32 spacious apartments, including two half-floor penthouses and three sky homes with their own private rooftops.
Sherpa Property Group’s latest development is the company’s 12th for the Gold Coast region and comes on the heels of a reimagination of the site which is located adjacent to Dune Café and overlooks the Palm Beach Parklands.
The development is the product of a detailed design process led by HAL Architects that has taken into account the requirements for the Gold Coast city plan and the expectations of the local community.
“We have experienced an incredible level of inquiry and within weeks of launching we have sold 14 out of 32 apartments, including both penthouses at Perspective Nexus,” Sherpa Property Group Founder Christie Leet said.
“The $45 million in sales reflect the demand for luxury living down this end of the Gold Coast, with few apartments the size or calibre of these, which has really drawn buyers’ attention.”
The luxury development is primed for owner occupiers and downsizers who will enjoy unrivalled residents’ recreational and state-of-the-art amenities.

“Enquiry to date has been from a diverse mix of buyers including downsizers and locals looking for larger living spaces without compromising on luxury," Leet added.
"A lot of people just want to buy for the specific location and don’t want to miss out on being in the project. Feedback we had from buyers is that they were so excited to get into the location and secure their spot in the development
“The locality of buyers we’ve welcomed is a huge testament to the appeal of Perspective Nexus to discerning locals who have a deep appreciation and understanding of the project’s positioning in one of the coasts’ most coveted residential addresses.”
The sales come at a time whilst Gold Coast is experiencing a dramatic uptick in apartment sales from the previous quarter. Recent data from Urbis reveal that during Q3 of 2023 there were 470 sales on the Gold Coast, up from the previous 200 in Q2 of 2023.
Perspective Nexus will deliver a suite of luxury two-to-four-bedroom apartments, ranging from 112sqm to 661sqm, with those on upper levels offering spectacular views of Currumbin Alley and beyond to the Pacific Ocean.
Perspective Nexus will introduce a wide range of luxurious communal amenities for residents, including a dedicated wellness space with features such as a cold plunge pool and steam room with internal stairs down to the residents recreational space which includes a spa, pool, private dining and wellness garden.
