Sherpa reveal Perspective Helm, luxury Chevron Island apartments
Chevron Island is set to welcome one of its most boutique new developments to date with the launch of Sherpa's Perspective Helm.
Perspective Helm, at 107 Stanhill Drive, will comprise just 10 apartments on a north-facing riverfront site that will feature several marina berths with direct access to The Broadwater and the ocean.
“We are thrilled to have been granted approval to proceed with this project that we believe will deliver a unique lifestyle that’s better than beachfront,” said Daniel Clarke, Managing Director of Sherpa Property Group.
The project has garnered considerable interest from local potential buyers, with expressions of interest already being received through a waitlist, despite the project yet to begin selling.
“We’ve received a great deal of local pre-launch enquiries into the project," Clarke added.
"This highlights to us that the unique product type we will be bringing to Chevron Island is striking a chord in the neighbourhood, particularly those who want to decrease their maintenance and streamline their lifestyle. We also expect there to be significant interstate and international interest as this is a world-class address."
One of the unique features of the project state-of-the-art security system, which will be the most advanced on the Gold Coast.
The three-storey project is set to deliver a refined collection of 10 residences comprising, four waterfront villas, four river residences, two two-storey penthouses, all of which will feature spacious interiors, high-end finishes and with a configuration of three to four-bedroom plus multi-purpose room apartments.
There will be a spa-like wellness centre with a cold plunge, spa, sauna, and Pilates machines.
HAL Architects has designed Perspective Helm, with the interiors handled by MAS Architecture studio.
With a due north aspect and views of the river, Perspective Helm also has views to Surfers Paradise, Main Beach and overlooks Budds Beach.
Perspective Helm is set to launch in the coming weeks, with construction planned to commence at the end of 2024.
