Sherpa has released to market its two-bedroom Executive Collection at Perspective Nexus, their upscale apartment development in Palm Beach.

Four of the seven two-bed apartments have already been snapped up in the building dominated by luxury three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Designed specifically for discerning owner-occupiers, the Executive Collection offers two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus multi-purpose room configurations, with some units featuring oversized balconies.

The apartments are fully customisable and showcase top-tier finishes such as Gaggenau appliances.

The in-demand project, located on a 1,583 sqm site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway, will rise nine levels and deliver a total of 32 apartments, including two half-floor penthouses and three sky homes with private rooftops.

Perspective Nexus has already sold 75 per cent of its units since launching to the market.
