Sherpa has launched its latest apartment development in their sought-after Perspective series, and another in the equally sought-after Palm Beach.

They've already sold half of Perspective Nexus – a collection of 32 apartments on the prized eastern side of the Gold Coast Highway which allows the project to take in sweeping views over the sand and out across the ocean.

Originally envisioned as a 14-level project, an appeal in August led to a strategic shift in approaching the project with an emphasis on enhanced liveability for owners over quantity.

The revised plans for Perspective Nexus now comprises one two-bedroom apartment, 21 three-bed apartments each with a multi-purpose room, and five four-bedroom apartments. Also on offer are two penthouses and three two-level skyhomes with private rooftops.

Perspective Nexus marks Sherpa's third venture in Palm Beach, following the highly successful Perspective 488 project, which sold out within three months, and its fast-tracked sibling, Perspective Two Sea. Together, these projects achieved a combined sales total exceeding $70 million.

Designed by Hayes Anderson Lynch Architects, every apartment at Perspective Nexus has a spacious living area and home office to address the growing need for work-from-home requirements.

Upper-level apartments with private northeast balconies provide ample solar access and views extending from Currumbin Alley to the Pacific Ocean.

The new plans also reveal a host of adjustments, including adding more than 70 car parks to the site for both residents and visitors – exceeding requirements to ensure owners and their guests have access to ample onsite parking.

Perspective Nexus will home an array of luxurious communal amenities, including a dedicated wellness space featuring a magnesium spa, outdoor kitchen, sauna, hot and cold pools, a steam room, and a wellness garden for residents to enjoy the beachside ambience.

Additional amenities and features will include an electric car charging station, individual apartment storage, a car wash bay, a dog wash, and parcel delivery storage, including a cold store.

Sherpa's expansion of the Perspective collection also extends to the north with the sold-out Perspective Broadwater, a development overlooking the esplanade and waterfront of Biggera Waters

Perspective on Albatross, another one in Sherpa's Perspective collection, is nearing completion in Mermaid Beach.

Construction is planned to start in the first quarter of 2024 and be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
