Sherpa Property Group is set to create a new brand within its expanding residential property portfolio that will offer a range of apartment options to cater to a broad spectrum of buyers.

The new brand, Flourish, will have apartments that will suit first home buyers, downsizers, and growing families.

Tailored predominantly for owner-occupiers, the Flourish brand aims to deliver high-quality, well-designed residential offerings across various price points.

The inaugural Flourish offering will be located at 8-12 Sixth Avenue, Palm Beach, one of the most active property hotspots on the Gold Coast.

Entry-level units will start from under $700,000 and range in price to the $3 million luxury penthouses.

The development is set to feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments, providing options for first home buyers, downsizers, and those looking to upgrade to more spacious residences or even penthouses.

This move comes as Colliers' latest Gold Coast Residential Market Report reveals that the average price of new apartments on the Gold Coast has surpassed $1.6 million for the first time. This marks a dramatic 45 per cent increase from the previous quarter and a 14.5 per cent rise from the previous record set in September 2022.

This new initiative complements Sherpa’s existing range of residential options, including luxury beachfront apartments under the Perspective brand, small lot house and land packages through Freedom, and large lot house and land offerings from Estates.

Flourish aims to meet the needs of a broad demographic by providing homes that balance quality and value, ensuring that high standards are maintained across all product lines.

Daniel Clarke, General Manager of Sherpa, said Flourish represents their dedication to creating communities where residents can thrive.

"This development is about more than just housing; it’s about offering well-located, thoughtfully designed homes with excellent communal facilities that enhance residents’ quality of life," Clarke said.

“Our goal is to empower our residents with the environment and tools they need to flourish personally and financially, staying true to our core principles of innovation, value, less ismore, and customisation.”

Flourish on Sixth Avenue is ideally located near the famous beaches on the southern Gold Coast, several parks, and the vibrant Palm Beach café and dining scene.

Sherpa has completed 10 projects on the Gold Coast over the past six years and has four more in the pipeline.

Flourish Sixth Avenue is set to launch to market in late 2024.
