Taiwanese businessman James Tsai is selling his Sanctuary Cove waterfront mansion for $10 million plus, only a year after moving in.

Tsai purchased the 1,965-square-metre lot at 7313 Bayside Close for $3 million and built the $10 million four-level home over 20 months.

The one-year-old home features five-bedroom, six-bathrooms and can be accessed via car, boat or air.

The rooftop terrace features helicopter access and the 78-metre river frontage features a 24-metre private pontoon.

The home boasts golf leaf detailing framing the ceiling, black granite floor and stone-finished ensuites.

Also included is a cinema room, 25-metre indoor pool, steam room and karaoke room.

Tsai supposedly wants to downsize.

The property is listed through Sam Guo and Julia Kuo of Ray White Broadbeach.
