Playing a key role in meeting the residential demand in Australia’s Sunshine State, Rothelowman made a significant contributed to Gold Coast and Brisbane in 2023, with one project reaching completion and many more being submitted for development approval and breaking ground.

As experts in living, Rothelowman’s growing portfolio of premium residential projects in Queensland across both build-to-sell and build-to-rent typologies, brings a new standard of liveability and connectivity to the
rapidly evolving cities.

We've wrapped up Rothelowman's top five Queensland apartment developments in 2023.

Project: Trellis
Address: 20 Edmondstone Street, South Brisbane QLD 4101

Opening its doors to residents in 2023, Trellis by Aria sold all 110 two- and three-bedroom apartments well before the tower reached completion.

Awarded the title of Aria's most liveable and sustainable project to date, each dwelling features soaring three-metre-high ceilings, generously proportioned floor plans, unrivalled amenity and a rooftop where the 25-metre infinity pool and hot and cold magnesium baths reside.

Queenslander-style balconies wrap around each apartment for natural airflow and ventilation, accentuated by generously proportioned floor plans, three-metre high ceilings, and timber flooring. Cross-flow ventilation corridors, operable architectural screen doors and double-glazed glass reduce reliance on ducted air-conditioning.

The $60 million project, which also features a private wine bar and lounge, a resident wine cellar, and a boardroom and podcast room, sits on Edmondstone Street, located adjacent to Musgrave Park, one of Brisbane’s oldest and most iconic parklands.
