Frames are up of the first batch of townhouses at Citrine, the latest townhouse community by Metro Property.

Citrine, in Rochedale, around 17 kilometres south of Brisbane, will comprise 90 three and four-bedroom townhouses when completed in second half of 2025 through builder Creation Projects.

Over 60 per cent of the townhouses have already been snapped up. Construction of the townhouses in stage two has now commenced, with all slabs poured and framing underway.

The pool shell, located in the Citrine Resident’s facility, has now been completed and construction of the balance of the resident’s facilities will commence over the coming weeks.

The townhouses at Citrine will feature two to three-level designs and provide a significant contrast to the predominantly single-family homes in the area.

Citrine is within walking distance of local schools, parks, and Rochedale Village. Rochedale Village features a large Coles supermarket, various dining options, pharmacies, medical services, and fitness facilities.
