Rivea, the first tower in the Gold Coast by the Melbourne-based developer Auriton Group, has been designed by national architecture firm Rothelowman to incorporate the prime waterfront site it sits on.

The infinity pool, one of a number of resort-style amenities in the project of 102 apartments, has been positioned to almost float over the Nerang River.

The leisure and wellness facilities continue within the 30-level tower. There's a well-equipped gym and yoga studio with panoramic ocean views, as well as a sauna. There's surfboard lock-up, and a private residents' boat pontoon.

The apartments have been designed to embrace corner aspects, allowing residents to capture ever changing postcard views of the ocean, river, and hinterland, with the project offering a range of living options to suit various buyers and budgets.

The well-appointed two-bedroom apartments are perfect for young professionals seeking a prestigious address with resort-style facilities, while the spacious three-bedroom residences cater to upgraders or downsizers.

For those desiring extra space, two luxurious three-bedroom plus study sub-penthouses are available, featuring entertainer's kitchens with butler's pantries and unparalleled views.

There's also an exclusive four-bedroom plus study penthouse awaits, offering 360-degree panoramas and an exclusive river pontoon.

Rivea also understands the importance of resident peace of mind and offers on-site management, with the secure building designed for low-maintenance owner-occupier enjoyment.

Rivea is located between the vibrant Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and offers residents easy access to world-famous patrolled beaches and the convenient G: Link light rail.
