The lack of supply of new homes and, in particular, of three and four-bedroom apartments in the desirable suburb, paves the way for Aqualis – a luxurious development of only 18 three and four-bedroom residences on the dress circle Oatland Esplanade, fronting Pacific Park and offering never-to-be-built-out views over the Broadwater to South Stradbroke Island and The Spit.
The boutique four-level building has been designed for both holidaymakers and downsizers, featuring some of the largest apartments ever offered in the area.
