Raise Projects Redesign Teneriffe

Raise Projects have this week lodged a redesigned development application for an 11 storey residential tower at 37 Wyandra Street in Teneriffe.

The gorgeous new design from Cottee Parker Architects features cascading gardens, spacious open plan living and even indoor/outdoor soaking baths in some apartments.

The proposal also includes a commercial tenancy on the ground floor and provision for a retail tenancy in the building's lobby.

Cloudland Micro-Brewery Venue

Katarzyna Group have lodged plans for an 800+ sqm rooftop extension to their Cloudland Fortitude Valley venue for a micro-brewery, bar and venue space.

The proposed extension would be set back from the Ann Street frontage so as to not interrupt the adjoining heritage building, an would provide Cloudland with a fantastic new events space. Designed by WallaceBrice Architecture.

Panettiere Developments Lodge plans for ORO Newstead

Panettiere Developments have lodged a HUGE development application in Newstead today, dubbed ‘ORO Newstead’. The gorgeous 22 storey residential tower located at 75 Longland Street has been designed by Urban Solutions Architects, with Form Landscape Architects in charge of the proposal’s landscape design.

At ~74 metres tall, containing 239 apartments and over 6,000sqm of retail and commercial space, ORO would be a major addition to Newstead’s burgeoning area surrounding the Gasworks precinct. The site also benefits from its triple-frontage to Stratton, Londland and Kyabra Streets, with a total site area of over 3,200sqm.

ORO’s DA comes with two full floors of shared space across the nineteenth and twentieth floors, comprising a function facility, business centre/co-working space, cinema, gym, bar, sauna and a massive 50+ metre long pool on the rooftop.

What do you think of ORO’s bold design?
