Ombré at Robina continues to break with tradition in its apartment designs, delivering two living spaces in its one and two-bedroom floor plans to provide unmatched space and flexibility, achieving more than  $40 million in sales in just four weeks.

The elevated development, located at 46 Scottsdale Drive, features 95 one, two and three-bedroom apartments alongside private resident amenities and integrated retail and commercial spaces.

Immerse Projects Founder and Managing Director John Kearney said the second living space in Ombré’s one and two-bedroom apartments opened a world of opportunities for residents.

“Typically, one-bedroom apartments appeal to investors rather than owner-occupiers and feature little in the way of space and liveability,” Kearney said.

“We have designed Ombré with the local market in mind and in doing so, challenged ourselves to rethink one-bedroom apartment design - the result is an additional, spacious living area, that delivers functionality and flexibility, without compromising on price.

“This second living space is located directly at the entrance to the apartment, drawing in extra light and a feeling of openness. Connecting to the kitchen, this extra space has a range of applications to make it truly  purposeful, including a media room, work-from-home space, or guest bedroom.”

With one-bedroom, two living area floorplans ranging from 84 to 96sqm, and from 123 to 135sqm in the two-bedroom, two living area apartments, Kearney said the design transformed apartments into true homes.

“The homeliness and architectural style of Ombré has been warmly received by buyers, who are drawn to its character, considered textures and thoughtful landscaping,” Mr Kearney said.

“Since the project’s launch in early March, we have fielded more than 1,000 enquiries and more than  $40 million in sales, with strong interest in these second living spaces.”

Kearney said leading contract builder Greyburn, of which he is also Managing Director, had been appointed to deliver the project.

“Greyburn is a seasoned Gold Coast-based contract builder with more than 35 years of experience,” he said.

“Having recently delivered Robina Grand, the team knows the local market well and are able to draw on their trusted networks, expertise, and capacity to deliver.

“Partnering with an established and reputable builder like Greyburn allows us to ensure alignment between  the development and construction and instil unwavering confidence in completion for our purchasers.”

Construction of Ombré is expected to begin later this month. The project is being marketed by Ashwin Property and the onsite Sales Display is now open.

Located close to major retail, education and employment centres and well connected to the Gold Coast’s beaches, Mr Kearney said Ombré would give its residents endless opportunities to live life in their own way.

Designed by BDA Architecture, Ombré features a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Private resident amenities include a residents’ lounge, function room, games room, spacious pool and landscaped outdoor spaces. One bedroom, and two living area prices, start at $749,000.
