MRCB's 26 Vista, Surfers Paradise apartment development, secures $120 million in sales in eight months
MRCB International have racked up $120 million worth of sales at their maiden Gold Coast apartment development, 26 Vista, in eight months.
The 51-level, DBI-designed Surfers Paradise apartment project, which won Queensland's Best Lifestyle Development at the PropertyGuru Awards last month, has been attracting interest from local downsizers to interstate investors.
26 Vista’s sales agent, Urban Activation Director Matt George, said the project's success is primarily due to the limited supply and sustained demand for premium properties like 26 Vista on the Gold Coast.
“We have seen strong demand from interstate buyers that are seeking a premium investment opportunity, who want the flexibility to utilise the property when visiting the Gold Coast, with the long term plan to spend more time here in the future," George says.
“As we get closer to breaking ground on site, we’ve started to see a surge in local down-sizer enquiries, with a range of larger three and four-bedroom apartments capturing panoramic views over the Gold Coast."

George says buyers are also seeing value in the beachside location, which is centrally positioned to the Gold Coast sitting directly above the Northcliffe tram station, allowing residents to easily commute across the Gold Coast.
“For a building of this scale, 26 Vista’s level of finish is yet to be seen here on the Gold Coast, and there’s a strong emphasis on sustainable living throughout the design, meaning the building is future-proofed for generations to come,” George added.

MRCB International CEO, Ravi Krishnan said 26 Vista's remarkable sales achievement serves as a testament to the developer’s unwavering commitment to excellence in property.
“We have continually sought to raise the bar for residential design within the Gold Coast, and 26 Vista is a reflection of this," Krishnan said.
"It is set to become one of the greenest towers within the Gold Coast in terms of sustainability, yet still puts luxury and high-end finishes front and centre."
Krishnan says the strong sales achieved to date are synonymous with creating a product that meets the market needs; there is more emphasis on sustainability, wellbeing and space.
"Reaching this significant milestone means we are inching even closer to appointing a builder and bringing this project to life."
