In as little as three weeks, South East Queensland apartment developer Mosaic Property Group has secured $100 million in sales at its new luxury Burleigh Heads apartment development, Isabel by Mosaic.

Isabel, designed by Koichi Takada Architects, is part of Mosaic's Masterpiece Series, and sits on a prime site at 96 Esplanade which was bought from David Calvisi's Forme Development.

Mosaic's registered VIP database snapped up a number of the three and four-bedroom apartments well ahead of the public release. There's been local and interstate buyers so far, with prices ranging between $4.5 million and $10 million.

There's just 28 apartments across the 17-level, $160 million building, a mix of half-floor and full-floor residences, including sky homes and two split-level penthouses, each with their own private rooftop pool.

The living spaces span up to 482 sqm in the apartments. Each apartments will offer uninterrupted ocean and headland views. In the building are a number of hotel-style amenities, such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, and outdoor lounge area.

Mosaic will also roll out a virtual concierge at Isabel.

Mosaic's building arm, Mosaic Construction, has already kicked off early construction works. They're targeting a late-2025 completion.

Mosaic's Founder and Managing Director, Brook Monahan, says the overwhelmingly positive reception to Isabel is very pleasing and humbling.

"The rapid and enthusiastic response from our database so soon into its exclusive pre-release stage reflects their trust in us and our brand," Monahan says.

"A dedication to delivering on our promises and raising the bar for luxury living has always been at the core of what we do, and Isabel embodies this ethos in every way."

Monahan says Isabel represents a harmonious blend of innovative design, exceptional quality and uncompromising functional luxury in one of the best locations on the east coast of Australia.

"We don't just create beautiful homes; we aim to craft unique and desirable living experiences that, like our buildings, will stand the test of time. Our team is committed to always going the extra mile to ensure every detail exceeds the highest expectations and that every client is treated with the utmost care and respect."

Isabel marks Mosaic's 11th luxury Gold Coast release in less than five years, with a combined value of well over $1 billion. It is Mosaic's fourth Burleigh Heads release, after the award-winning Grace by Mosaic ,completed in early 2023, Augusta by Mosaic, and the Masterpiece Series address Florence by Mosaic, both due for completion in mid-2024.

A range of opportunities remain at Isabel, with pricing starting from $4.5 million.

"In the world of ultimate coastal beachfront living, opportunities like Isabel are rare gem," Monahan added.

"They just don’t come along very often in terms of beachfront land in such unique and highly sought-after locations like Burleigh Heads."
