Longtime Gold Coast apartment developer Morris Property Group is tapping into the demand from owner-occupiers for new apartments in the sought-after Broadbeach postcode with their latest tower, Crest Broadbeach.

The striking 40-level tower will sit on Armrick Avenue, a prime spot across the road from the Broadbeach Bowls Club which for buyers not only means great proximity to amenity, but protected views to the south. It will comprise 182 two and three-bedroom apartments designed by the Canberra-based architecture firm Guida Moseley Brown.

Crest Broadbeach's architecturally designed exterior draws inspiration from the motion of the waves, presenting a distinctive profile against the city skyline. This design, reflecting the sophistication of the neighbourhood, includes resort-style amenities that complete the residents' 5-star lifestyle.

There will be a maximum of just five apartments per floor, with only three three-bedroom apartments per level on the building’s top three floors.

Each apartment has been meticulously designed to make the most of every square inch and carefully detailed and furnished to make the residents' lifestyle practical and convenient.

Hybrid timber floors and full-height glazing grace the open living and dining areas, creating a warm and airy feel in every home.

The practical kitchens are well-appointed with high-quality European Bosch appliances and showcase an island and bar seating.

Three distinct colour palettes allow homeowners to personalise their space from dark, contemporary charm, timeless harmony of light and shade to simple and airy.

The ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling with condensers are located in a dedicated area away from the balcony. This gives residents a clutter-free and quiet outdoor living space overlooking rare, protected views—with no risk to the south over the park of being built out).

The extensive amenity on top of the building’s podium on level two, wrapped with terraces with seating and dining areas, features a pool, gym, lounge space and a communal barbecue area.

Crest Broadbeach will be conveniently situated within 800m of the Broadbeach CBD, less than two kilometres from the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the Surfers Paradise CBD.

Crest Broadbeach marks Morris Property Group's eighth high-rise residential project in Broadbeach. Nearby, the developer has successfully delivered Opus Broadbeach, a 26-storey, 113-apartment project, Qube Broadbeach, a 40-storey, 202-apartment project, and Koko, a 31-storey development comprising 98 two-bedroom & three bedroom apartments
