Marquee launch La Belle Palm Beach apartments
Queensland developer Marquee Development Partners has launched its 11th apartment development on the Gold Coast, on a prized beachfront site at the booming southern end of the region.
La Belle Palm Beach, on the Gold Coast’s largest remaining absolute beachfront site and which was formerly owned by multiple world motorcycle champion Mick Doohan, will comprise 74 premium beachfront apartments over 14 levels that will take advantage of sweeping views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta.
The project on 3300 sqm with 40 metres of beach frontage, hass three, four and five-bedroom configurations on offer, with internal living spaces between 150 sqm and 680 sqm, catering for the owner-occupier.
The scale of the site has allowed Marquee to infuse a collection of five double-storey beach homes into the La Belle Palm Beach design, with beach homes offering up to a generous 388 sqm of living space.
Apartments will be surrounded by a beach oasis which will be accentuated by the size of the site and the boutique nature of the larger apartment designs. They are priced from $2.15m.
“Palm Beach has emerged as one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after markets and La Belle is a world-class project that we have designed to meet sustained demand for premium residences on the southern Gold Coast,” Marquee Development Partners Director, Jacques Winterburn, said.
“We’re taking full advantage of this extremely rare site to create a residential masterpiece that not only meets the needs of discerning buyers, but also remains true to the spirit that sets the southern Gold Coast apart.
“La Belle Palm Beach stands as Marquee's crowning achievement, marking our 11th venture on the Gold Coast.
"With seven successful projects already completed and three more sold out and underway, we’re excited to be presenting another development that we know will resonate with owner-occupiers, as well as people seeking a holiday home”.
The Palm Beach development comes on the heels of a sellout of the company’s latest Gold Coast project, the $126 million Monterey Kirra Beach, which is earmarked for one of the last remaining beachfront sites at Kirra. Apartments at Monterey sold for an average of $5.79 million each during the last three months of sales.
Marquee has already fielded inquiries from local downsizers and interstate buyers for La Belle Palm Beach.
Marquee Development Partners Sales Manager, Azura Griffen, said many inquiries have come from several buyers who have purchased in their earlier projects.
“We are seeing demand for our products holding up extremely well, especially for beachfront apartments where we know there is an acute shortage of supply." Griffen said.
Designed by award-winning Cottee Parker Architects and detailed by BDA Architecture, La Belle is set to offer a diverse range of amenities including a heated outdoor pool and spa, multiple teppanyaki dining bars and entertaining areas, and a resident’s lounge with a billiard room, bar and a large screen TV, designed for entertaining and hosting gatherings.
La Belle Palm Beach will also feature a wellness centre with a state-of-the-art gymnasium, yoga and Pilates movement room, Nordic and Infrared saunas, indoor hydrotherapy hot pool and two cold plunge immersion baths.
A hotel style lobby with arrival lounge comes with private offices, meeting work-from-home needs.
La Belle Palm Beach is located at 332 The Esplanade in the highly coveted North Palm Beach area.
“La Belle Palm Beach presents a unique opportunity where residents can seamlessly step straight onto the sand without navigating through roads or pedestrian pathways,” Griffen added.
“Situated next to a thriving small community surf lifesaving club and cafe, it provides the rare privilege of enjoying a year-round patrolled beach right at your doorstep and a sensational spot to catch up with friends for a café latte.”
Marquee is anticipating a start to construction for La Belle Palm Beach in July 2024.
