Lewis Land Group has officially launched the next release within its landmark Gold Coast masterplan, Harbour Shores.

The new release, Palm House, builds on the momentum of the first stage of the Biggera Waters community, which is already under construction and over 50 per cent sold.

Palm House introduces an exclusive collection of just 60 two and three-bedroom apartments across a seven-level building. These homes feature open-plan interiors, expansive balconies, and contemporary finishes.

Generously sized kitchens with large islands, seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and secure basement parking with additional storage underscore the thoughtful attention to detail.

Every apartment embraces Harbour Shores’ signature coastal palette of soft tones and organic textures, maximising natural light and enhancing the serenity of its waterside setting.

Residents of the new release will enjoy full access to Harbour Shores’ unmatched suite of resort-style amenities. The community boasts a 25-metre lagoon pool, a state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, sauna, tennis courts, and an expansive 1.2km waterfront boardwalk.

For families and outdoor enthusiasts, The Green parklands and a network of walking and cycling paths provide abundant green space to relax and play.

The Clubhouse, a social hub with indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces, will anchor community life. On-site cafés and eateries, as well as proximity to Harbour Town Premium Outlets, ensure day-to-day convenience with a lifestyle edge.

As part of Lewis Land’s long-term sustainability vision, the entire Harbour Shores precinct – including this latest release – is targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating.

Eco-conscious initiatives include solar energy, EV charging infrastructure, water-retention systems, and the planting of over 200,000 native and tropical species across the site.

Apartments in the new release start from just under $1 million. Limited marina berths are also available.
