Apartment giant Meriton has launched its latest instalment of apartment towers on the Gold Coast, with one of the towers set to host the highest apartments in the Gold Coast hotspot.

Meriton has launched Cypress Palms, a two-tower development on a vast 8,083 sqm site at 3346 Surfers Paradise Boulevarde, on top of the Cypress Ave G-Link light rail

The towers will home just shy of 1000 apartments across two 76 and 90-level towers.

Cypress Palms will be Harry Triguboff's 21st high-rise development on the Gold Coast, having first visited the now thriving tourist mecca six decades ago.

There are one-bedroom plus multi-purpose room units on offer, as well a two-beds, two-beds with MPR, and three-bedrooms.

The new apartments offer uninterrupted views over Surfers Paradisee Beach, Burleigh Heads, Main Beach, the Broadwater, and the Nerang River towards the Hinterland.

Residents at Cypress Palms will have access to several amenities, starting with the double-height lobby surrounded by retail and dining options such as a supermarket, café, and various restaurants.

Exclusive facilities for residents include a sub-tropical landscaped podium with a cascading lagoon pool, a children's waterfall play area, BBQ, dining pavilion, and an indoor wellness centre equipped with a lap pool, gym, and sauna.

Cypress Palms is uniquely positioned with a four-street frontage, just 150 metres from Surfers Paradise Beach.

The development is also located near the G-Link Light Rail and Bus Station, providing residents easy access to the Gold Coast's airports, educational institutions, hospitals, shopping centres, and other attractions.

Construction of Cypress Palms is already underway. Meriton, with its 60-year history and a 100 per cent completion record, offers buyers confidence and reliability, backed by a 4.5-star iCIRT rating.

Meriton has long had a reputation as one of the most prominent developers across New South Wales. Their most recent developments near the Glitter Strip have been Ocean by Meriton at 84 The Esplanade, a soaring 76-level tower with 722 apartments.

Down the road they also have ICONICA by Meriton, a further 637 apartments across two 50 and 70-levels at 152 The Esplanade.
