Multi-award winning construction and development group Rawcorp are well underway with construction on their latest coastal development, ISLA Kirra Beach.

There's just six residences remaining at ISLA, a boutique block of 37 apartments at 10 Coyne Street, just a minutes walk from the famed Kirra Beach. The north-facing apartments offer extensive views across Kirra Beach.

ISLA Kirra Beach offers the ultimate in space, privacy and lifestyle, with just three residences per floor and an abundance of resort-style amenity.

Designed to promote a lifestyle of relaxation and wellness, the amenity on offer includes a pool with a Baja shelf and outdoor deck, along with sun lounges and a resident's outdoor lounge.

There will also be a sunset bar, European sauna, an outdoor shower and outdoor dining and barbecue facilities, along with a full-scale gym, indoor private dining, an indoor lounge, work from home facilities, and a yoga and stretching lawn.

Internally, the apartments boast premium finishes including ducted air-conditioning, Smeg appliances, integrated fridges and 40mm stone benchtops.

They've designed the apartments to be spacious and offer seamless integration between the open plan kitchen and living areas, with the outdoors, with the entertainer's kitchens the heart of the homes.

The full-height glass frontage provides an abundance of natural light and ventilation into the homes, while also offering up protected views to Kirra Beach, the Pacific Ocean and the Gold Coast coastline.

Generous master-bedrooms provide a tranquil retreat in each apartment, with large walk-in robes and well-appointed ensuites with double vanities.

They even include dedicated laundry rooms with ample storage throughout.
