Bide is a new residential offering nestled in the heart of Newstead, offering 89 residences.

Developed by Dibcorp Properties, these functional apartments are designed as an urban seclusion hidden away in Brisbane.

Situated just three kilometres from the CBD, Newstead has established itself as one of Brisbane’s most sought-after suburbs.

The dynamic suburb offers residents every amenity, with lifestyle, commercial and entertainment hubs within walking distance.

Designed in collaboration between architects Twohill & James, Lat27 and Wiltshire Stevens Architecture, each apartment has rethought residential living.

“Bide embodies the belief that the spaces we inhabit are essential to a balanced life”, the project marketing reads.

The development’s design is centred around the wellness of its residents with careful consideration on how the space can complement their lives.

In fact, residents can work directly with the developer to tailor the layout, configuration and finishes to their style.

Among its features include large spacious apartments, open-plan living and dining, balcony space and a study nook in some apartments for working from home.

Residents can also enjoy 600sqm of amenity across two levels, including barbeque facilities, private cabanas, landscaped areas and seated space throughout.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom homes are available from $950,000.

Bide is expected to reach completion in early 2023.
