Sherpa Property Group’s latest development, Flourish on Sixth, is set to bring a new wave of apartment living to Palm Beach under the developer’s newly launched Flourish brand.
Positioned at 6-12 Sixth Avenue, just 200 metres from the beach, Flourish on Sixth Avenue is giving prospective Palm Beach buyers an opportunity to buy into the suburb that has been dominated by luxury apartments for the last few years.
Daniel Clarke, General Manager of Sherpa Property Group, recently joined us at the display suite to provide insight into the project.
“Flourish on Sixth represents the first new development in our Flourish brand,” Clarke said. “It aims to give a wide variety of buyers the opportunity to buy in some of Gold Coast’s best locations.”
The remaining two-bedroom apartments start from $1.18 million, while three-bedroom apartments are priced from $1.61 million. Clarke noted that few developments in Palm Beach offer such competitive price points and price per square meter rates.
One of the standout features of Flourish on Sixth is its extensive rooftop amenity, designed to offer residents a premium lifestyle experience.
“We position the majority of our communal facilities on the rooftop,” Clarke explained.
“We’ll be creating a wellness centre with a 15-metre heated swimming pool, private cabanas, a sauna, a steam room, a gym, and both hot and cold plunge pools.”
The rooftop will also feature private dining spaces, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, a residents’ lounge, and barbecue and pizza oven areas.
Flourish on Sixth marks Sherpa’s fifth development in Palm Beach in as many years, reinforcing the developer’s commitment to the area.
Just 200 meters from the sand at Palm Beach and the popular surf club, Clarke emphasised the strategic positioning of the project, tucked away from the Gold Coast Highway while still benefiting from connectivity to key amenities.
“The light rail is extending right down to the airport, which will give Flourish residents unparalleled access north to Broadbeach and south to Coolangatta."
Construction is set to commence in March with LPS Group, and residents are expected to move in by early 2027.
