As the final touches are made to the almost sold-out $75 million Emerson project by Hirsch and Faigen, the Melbourne-based developer has unveiled its luxury penthouse, one of the best in the southern Gold Coast.

Located in the heart of the intimate Kirra beach community and atop the 13-level building, Emerson’s four-bedroom mega penthouse is now open for offers in excess of $10 million.

Architecturally designed by the award-winning Brisbane design firm Rothelowman, the expansive penthouse features four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and balcony, a study, and a large multipurpose room that can be tailored as a media room, home office, or fifth bedroom.

Matt George, head of sales for Hirsch & Faigen, said the penthouse is undoubtedly one of the most exclusive ever seen on the Gold Coast and will set a benchmark for the southern beaches.

“With soaring 3.2m ceilings, an intuitive design flow, and wall-length windows that dissolve into cinematic views of Kirra, the penthouse offers endless opportunities to marvel at exquisite surroundings from a private, elevated oasis," George says.

The main living space meets the dining area and kitchen, complete with premium Gaggenau appliances and a full butler’s pantry. Expansive dual balconies provide extensive views across the Pacific Ocean, leveraging the unique north-facing beachfront position to capture both sunrises and sunsets.

Not only is Emerson positioned just a 150 metre stroll away from the famed shores of Kirra Beach, but the penthouse is also strategically located to take advantage of its proximity to the now completed Kirra Beach Hotel and Kirra Beach House, just a stone's throw away.

Daniel Faigen of Hirsch and Faigen says when you pair a premium location with the highest standard of residential design, it becomes challenging to conceive a better home than the Emerson penthouse.

“There will never be another penthouse of this calibre on the southern Gold Coast, where world class surf breaks roll into your doorstep, and unmatched views welcome you from every angle," Faigen says.

The penthouse will crown the collection of 27 apartments within Emerson, all of which were snapped up within months of their release.

An exclusive work-life lounge on the ground floor of Emerson provides residents with a casual work from home space, with private alcoves and seating overlooking parkland and beachfront.

A north-facing, outdoor sun lounge sits near a resort-style pool set in sub-tropical landscaping.

Scaffolding is now starting to come down, and full construction completion is just around the corner for the Emerson project, with residents expected to move in by April 2024.

Emerson is the second of three Gold Coast projects undertaken by the Melbourne-based developer Hirsch & Faigen, following the sell-out success of its Palm Beach debut, Hemingway. Construction of Yves Mermaid Beach is also well underway, with completion slated for December 2024.
