Highland appointed exclusive selling agent for ultra-luxe Gold Coast project, Masthead Ocean Club
Property group Highland has been appointed as exclusive selling agents for one of the most prestigious luxury apartment projects to hit Australia.
Highland will take on selling the residences in the $250 million Masthead Ocean Club at Main Beach, the project a product of joint venture partners Rory O’Brien, a highly credentialed Australian businessman and UK-based Banda, the leading global interior design studio and development business founded by Edo Mapelli Mozzi.
Masthead Ocean Club will deliver a collection of 28 full-floor boutique-style apartments including five Sky Residences, two dual level sky homes and a sprawling super penthouse in a design that offers residents a seven-star resort experience and ultra-luxe amenities.
With more than 40 projects currently in market along the eastern seaboard from southern Sydney to the Gold Coast, the appointment of Highland to Masthead follows the group’s success at the nearby Coast development in Surfers Paradise where pre-sales have topped 80 per cent.
Highland Director, David Highland said they were thrilled to be a part of arguably one of the country's most exclusive projects to date.
“Masthead Ocean Club will offer residents the pinnacle of a premium lifestyle that will appeal to local, interstate and international buyers,” Highland said.
Designed by Queensland firm BDA Architecture, with interiors crafted by Banda Design Studio and MIM Design, Masthead Ocean Club will set a new benchmark for Gold Coast residential lifestyle.
The ultra-luxe sky homes will offer 634 sqm of living space each, while the penthouse will span 1,000 sqm with its own pool, gym and golf putting green. A private owner's study will be located in the ‘crow’s nest’ at the very peak of Masthead Ocean Club.
Designed for the most discerning buyers, each residence will capture sweeping, protected views of the Pacific Ocean, Broadwater and Hinterland.
Residents will have access to four levels of ocean club amenities including a wellness zone, hot and cold pools, whiskey and champagne bars, wine storage, tasting area, library, fully equipped chef’s kitchen and indoor and outdoor lounge areas.
Positioned at the very northern end of Main Beach, Masthead Ocean Club will also offer convenient access to the Southport Yacht Club, Southport Broadwater, nearby beaches, the Southport Surf Lifesaving Club and the renowned Tedder Avenue shopping and dining village.
Construction of Masthead Ocean Club is expected to begin in 2023 with completion scheduled for 2025.
