The coming weeks may be your last chance to save on a brand-new apartment purchase with the HomeBuilder Grant extension set to end on March 31.

HomeBuilder, provides eligible owner-occupiers, including first home buyers, with a $15,000 grant to purchase a new build or off-the-plan dwelling.

For many first home buyers, the current government incentives mean that it may be cheaper to own than to rent.

However, with investor interest in Australia’s property market rising, Queensland’s residential property market is not expected to stay this way for long.

If you’re looking to cash in on the competitive offers and grants available for only a limited amount of time, here are five Queensland residences eligible for the $15,000 HomeBuilder Grant.
