Evoking a feeling of a Queenslander by the beach: How Cottee Parker designed Esprit, Rainbow Bay
Rainbow Bay is renowned for its beaches and laid-back lifestyle.
It is within this picturesque setting that Cottee Parker drew inspiration for S&S Project's development Esprit, which will deliver a mix of two and three-bedroom apartments upon completion.
Designed to capture the essence of the Gold Coast's subtropical lifestyle, Esprit offers a harmonious blend of coastal style and contemporary luxury.
Cottee Parker Director Sandra Browne said they wanted to evoke that feeling of a Queenslander by the beach.
“The generous interiors, deep balconies and nods to coastal design provide a relaxed sense of luxury," Browne said.
"It’s getting down the nostalgic grassroots of holidays of the past, so you feel at home and comfortable."
The first thing that catches the eye is Esprit's façade, which pays homage to the tidal pools of Snapper Rocks. The design choice not only adds a touch of visual intrigue to the building but also serves as a nod to the natural beauty that surrounds Rainbow Bay.
Step inside these thoughtfully designed apartments, and you'll immediately feel the seamless fusion of breezy coastal style and contemporary opulence.
The open plan living spaces are generous, providing ample room for both relaxation and entertaining. Whether you choose an apartment with an ocean view or one overlooking the tranquil river, you'll have an idyllic backdrop to complement your lifestyle.
Esprit takes full advantage of the region's enviable climate, allowing residents to embrace the subtropical weather year-round. The living areas extend to a large, covered balcony, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The heart of any home is the kitchen, and Esprit understands this well. The kitchens in these residences are designed with attention to detail, featuring premium finishes and European appliances. The intuitive design ensures that functionality and style go hand in hand, making the kitchen a central hub for daily living.
Residents of Esprit will also have exclusive access to what will be the Gold Coast's first rooftop wellness club.
Club Esprit will span more than 1,100 sqm and will feature every wellness and recreational amenity, dubbed as offering an elite-athlete standard of physical and mental rejuvenation.
There is set to be a fully equipped gym, yoga lawn, private remedial treatment room, ice bath, infrared sauna, steam rooms, 25-metre lap pool and poolside cabanas.
The wellness amenity is balanced by an expansive recreational space, including a children’s lawn with play equipment, a private dining room, private terraces, BBQ areas and an outdoor cinema.
