Skye Residences is the newest luxury apartment project by longtime Brisbane developer Pikos Group.

The three-building, Kangaroo Point development with just two apartments per floor has been a hit with local baby boomers since its launch a few months ago.

With everything going on at Skye Residences, including the recent construction kick off, Urban CEO Mike Bird caught up with Pikos Group's CEO Michelle Wooldridge to talk about the project in depth.

Wooldridge, a former director at Lendlease and also currently the Queensland Division Council Vice President at the Property Council of Australia, says the River Terrace site speaks for itself.

"It's a beautifully designed, beautifully finished product with great amenity, but it's all about the location, it's all about the uninterrupted views, the connectivity to the city," Wooldridge says.
