Gardner Vaughan Group's Estilo on the Park, in Brisbane's northern suburb of Chermside, will put residents on the fringe of 73 hectares of parklands when it's completed in mid-2024.

Two of the three towers are sold out an under construction, while the final stage of the project, Escencia, has a limited selection of its 50 apartments remaining.

Estilo on the Park is a rare offering in the fast-growing suburb, so close to nature set adjacent to Seventh Brigade Park while also opposite one of the largest Westfield shopping centres in the southern hemisphere.

Gardner Vaughan Group have made the Kittyhawk Drive location their own, also selling out Estilo on Kittyhawk just a few doors down.

Stage one of Estilo on the Park, Lujosa, and stage two, Belleza, comprising 71 one and two-bedroom apartments, have already been sold, with the final and remaining stage three, Escencia, set to deliver 50 apartments, in addition to four commercial tenancies.

Positioned as the very last park side location in Chermside, Estilo on the Park offers a mix of floor plans over 11 levels, featuring one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, catering to the downsizer, first home buyer, or the lifestyle upsizer market.

The amenities at Estilo on the Park are designed to provide comfort, convenience, and luxury to residents, with the development incorporating bike paths, walking trails, sporting venues, picnic areas, and one of Brisbane's best playgrounds, Kidspace, into the design.

There is also undercover, secure car parking with CCTV surveillance and intercom for visitor access, providing safety and security to residents.

The apartments feature designer kitchens with European appliances and stone benchtops, zoned and ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, floor-to-ceiling acoustic glazed windows and doors and bathrooms with imported luxury tiles and designer tapware.

Residents will have access to a rooftop terrace with indoor and outdoor dining, in addition to a number of relaxation zones, a central outdoor pool, and landscaped gardens.
