La Mer is the latest in a list of deluxe apartment developments set for Main Beach Parade, with the 34-level apartment tower set to home just 29 individual units.

More than three quarters of the apartments, designed by Director Director Cris Edwards of Mannigan Edwards Interior Design, have already been snapped up.

Mannigan, with offices in California, QLD and NSW, is also behind Platinum Beachside Apartment in NSW, Palm Beach Luxury Apartments and Floating Water House on Hope Island to name a few.

Developed by Polites Property Group in partnership with QNY Group, La Mer is translated from French meaning 'the sea'. This connection is apparent in ocean views and it's very own direct access to the beach.

With each apartment sprawling over 307 sqm  and the penthouse boasting 478 sqm of space, residents enjoy the convenience of tower living without sacrificing anything.

The interiors feature oak timber floorboards, top of the line Smeg appliances, natural stone and Caesarstone benchtops, and a choice of brass or nickel finishes.

Inside the kitchens are fully integrated appliances like the built-in fridge, accessible like everything else, via Two Pac push-to-open joinery and cabinets.

Residents storage needs are fulfilled with a dedicated lock-up area and a large walk-in pantry, as well as separate laundry.

There is plenty of room to entertain on the 54 sqm balconies, bordered by glass balustrades and concrete planter boxes, ideal for dining alfresco at home; the 2 balconies offer different sights (see floorplan below).

Even enjoy views from the comfort of the freestanding bath or shower on the Travertine porcelain tiling.

La Mer will also feature an entire level dedicated to resort-style amenities, including a 13-metre lap pool and barbecue facilities.

Construction is anticipated to commence in May 2022.
