Crest Broadbeach races to over 50 per cent sold
Long-standing Gold Coast apartment developer Morris Property Group has surged past the halfway mark in sales on their Broadbeach apartment development, Crest Broadbeach.
Crest Broadbeach, which marks Morris Property Group's eighth high-rise residential project in Broadbeach, tapped into the demand from owner-occupiers for new apartments in the sought-after Broadbeach postcode.
In the fourth quarter of 2023, Crest saw a total of 25 sales, with an average sale price of $1,089,000 per apartment.
Designed by Canberra-based architectural firm Guida Moseley Brown, Crest offers a total of 182 two and three-bedroom apartments.
There will be a maximum of just five apartments per floor, with only three three-bedroom apartments per level on the building’s top three floors.
Residents will have access to extensive amenities on top of the building’s podium on level two, wrapped with terraces with seating and dining areas, featuring a pool, gym, lounge space and a communal barbecue area.
The 40-level tower is positioned on Armrick Avenue, a prime location opposite the Broadbeach Bowls Club, adding to its appeal.
Crest Broadbeach will also be conveniently situated within 800 metres of the Broadbeach CBD, less than two kilometres from the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and the Surfers Paradise CBD.
Construction of Crest Broadbeach is already underway and is scheduled for completion in September 2025.
Morris Property Group has been developing in the Gold Coast for the best part of four decades. Their Bondi Burleigh project, expected to launch later this year, will mark the developer's 20th apartment development in the Gold Coast.
