Oakman is currently under construction on the border of the blue-chip suburbs of Toowong and Taringa, with the boutique community of spacious, park fronting residences already over 50 per cent sold.

The Feltham developed project is immersed in the suburb’s greenery, boasting resort-style landscaping as well as a curated selection of amenity.

Through retaining 90 per cent of the mature natives onsite, Oakman Residences seamlessly connects and immerses itself with the heritage streetscape and the neighbouring parklands, delivering a boutique collection of just 24 homes.

Designed by the award-winning Hayes Anderson Lynch, Oakman Residences low maintenance living fronts Oakman Park, offering 17 park-fronting three-bedroom residences, along with six full floor three-bedroom sky homes.

The architecturally designed streetscapes that run through the site have been inspired by the iconic brickwork of Brisbane’s luxury retail and dining precinct, James Street.

The spacious residences feature butler’s pantries, curved feature walls and extra high ceilings, in addition to connecting to oversized balconies that invite in the neighbouring parklands.

Finished to the highest standard, the residences will be built with solid concrete walls and slabs, and will feature timber flooring, European appliances and New Zealand wool carpet.

The crown jewel of the development is ‘Kaieta House’, an 1890’s Federation Queenslander that is being fully restored as part of the development, complete with all the latest fixtures and finishes.

The project also features a circular infinity edge pool, with submerged sun lounges and a Baja shelf, along with a floating timber deck and fire pit with a retained mature native gumtree, a sky terrace with dining and seating overlooking the park, and an outdoor resident’s kitchen with barbecue facilities and a teppanyaki station.

Nestled on the border of one of Brisbane’s most prestigious schools, Brisbane Boys College, Oakman Residences is also just a short walk from cafes, restaurants, public transport as well as the Brisbane River.
