Brick Stone Development is aiming to complete construction of Kokomo Gold Coast, their rare new development in Carrara, by the end of the year,

They're anticipating completion of the two six-level buildings in December, with buyers of the two and three-bedroom apartments set for move in shortly after.

Located on Nerang Broadbeach Road fronting the Nerang River, Komomo Gold Coast boats 75 metres of prime main river frontage, a frontage taken advantage of with communal waterfront pavilions and a resident jetty.

The two buildings, dissected by a central swimming pool set in two hectares of tropical landscaping, have a total of 66 apartments. A handful of the apartments, located at the end of each building, have gun barrel views over the water.

The remaining two-bedroom apartments start from $853,000. They span 141 sqm and have two bathrooms and a parking space.

The 156 sqm three-bedroom units are priced at $969,000, and the four-bedroom apartments $2,249,000.

Conveniently situated in the Central Gold Coast region, residents' will benefit from close proximity to a host of amenities.

Within a 10-minute drive, residents can revel in the retail therapy offered by Pacific Fair, try their luck at the Star Casino, unwind at Broadbeach beach, or indulge in a round of golf at one of the three nearby golf courses.
