Pacific View Property have knocked over another major milestone at their Bilinga beachfront development, Navini.

Having already achieved over 50 per cent sold, the group has now commenced construction across the site at 313 Golden Four Drive, with Gold Coast construction firm Evbuilt given the build of the 16 residences. Evbuilt, who specialise in luxury builds, has had a hand in over 400 projects to date totalling $600 million.

Pacific View launched Navini to market in October 2022, with the project, situated midway along Golden Four Drive between Tugun and Kirra Beach, marking their fifth venture into the sought after enclave.

Rising nine storeys, Navini offers beachfront three-bedroom residences, each north-east facing with expansive views that frame beaches from Coolangatta to Currumbin.

Boris Design handled the architecture for Navini, collaborating with Studio Collective who designed the interiors.

Born out of a love of nature, Navini incorporates an abundance of natural light, while featuring  smooth contemporary lines and curved details.

The interiors feature a refined colour palette, coupled with timber flooring, stone benchtops, Miele appliances, butler's pantries and terrace-style balconies complete with built in barbecues.

Ducted air-conditioning features throughout, along with custom joinery which provides extensive storage options.

If the neighbouring beachfront isn't enough of an allure, residents of Navini will also benefit from a ground floor pool and entertaining area.

A small selection of residences are still on the market at Navini, including a sub-penthouse which is priced from $3.8 million.
