Experienced south-east Queensland builder, Greyburn Building Contractors, is moving ahead with construction on Immerse Projects’ boutique residential apartment project Rhythm Kirra Hill, following a solid take-up from buyers eager to get into the tightly held southern Gold Coast market.

Long-time builder John Kearney, who heads up Greyburn, is also the developer of Rhythm. It's the first mutli-res tower in the southern Gold Coast for Immerse Projects, who have focused previously on residential estates and terrace developments in the hinterland.

Rhythm Kirra Hill, at 30 Garrick Street, will comprise 40 coastal-inspired apartments across a seven-level building, within walking distance to the white sand of Coolangatta’s and Kirra’s world-class beaches.

“I am pleased to announce that Rhythm Kirra Hill is well and truly underway, and we look forward to seeing our vision come to life over the next 18 months,” Kearney said.

Kearney says the company is well positioned to deliver Rhythm, having successfully completed a variety of residential projects across South-East Queensland.

“Demand for premium beachside apartments on the southern Gold Coast is higher than ever, so we are excited to be officially under construction with project certainty to bring this highly-desirable project to life."

The selling agent for Rhythm Kirra Hill, Jayde Pezet of Pezet Matheson, says construction comes hot off the back of strong enquiry for the project.

“The project has been exceptionally well received and many prospective buyers have been enticed by the project’s close proximity to key lifestyle amenities,” Pezet said.

“We are continuing to see a high level of interest at Rhythm as more people recognise the unique opportunity to live in a premium apartment building just 350m to one of Queensland’s most famed beaches.

“World-class surf breaks, picturesque walkways, a major supermarket, boutique shopping and beloved local cafes restaurants is all an easy walk from your doorstep here at Rhythm Kirra Hill.”

A limited release of one and three-bedroom apartments have just been launched to the market. Now one, two and three-bed apartments are available.

Pezet says the ones and three's are already appealing to a range of buyers.

One-bedroom and one-bathroom configurations are priced from $720,000, the two-bedroom and two-bathroom offerings are priced from $915,000. The three-bedroom apartments, which include a multipurpose room and two bathrooms, are priced from $1,355,000.

All apartments offer at least one secure car space and storage in the basement. Located on a prime corner site at the base of Kirra Hill at 30 Garrick Street, Rhythm will be framed by lush sub-tropical landscaping and offer residents a host of tailored amenities.

The rooftop will feature a pool, barbecue, and dining area. The ground level will feature a sauna, gym, outdoor shower, and meeting room, and offer the convenience of parcel lockers.

Completion is scheduled for 2024.

The Sales House is located at 39 McLean Street and the project is being jointly marketed by Pezet Matheson and Ashwin Property.
